A Computer Sound Card to Radio Interface

We all stand on the shoulders of giants, and this radio-computer interface is not a new invention. Using information from others, the plan below is what I built to work with my Kenwood 830-S transceiver. It should work with about any transceiver that uses low level input for mic, and has an 8 ohm speaker out. The radio PTT is activated by a dry relay contacts. On my Kenwood, I used a 4 pin connector from Radio Shack and wired the mic input and PTT to it. Use sheilded cable for all audio runa. The PTT can be any pair of wires. I used part of a Cat 5 cable.
